C. Raymond Schaney, DSc, PT, ECS -- Co-founder of Clinical Therapeutics, Inc. (CTI Physical Therapy). Dr Schaney is a 1974 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Physical Therapy, with a Doctor of Science from Rocky Mountain University and a Masters Degree from Gannon University in Health Informational Systems. He provides electrophysiological testing in the Erie and Warren offices of CTI and intraoperative monitoring at Shriner's Hospital. He is board certified in Clinical Electrophysiologic Physical Therapy (EMG/SSEP). His is a past chairman Board of Electrophysiologic Physical Therapy, American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, a member and past president of the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association, and member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

David R. Lord, PT, Dsc, ECS-- Co-founder of Clinical Therapeutics, Inc. (CTI Physical Therapy). Dr Lord is a 1969 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Physical Therapy with a Doctor of Science from Rocky Mountain University. He provides electrophysiologic testing at the Neurodiagnostic Center of UPMC Northwest, Franklin, Pa. He is board certified in Clinical Electrophysiologic Physical Therapy (EMG/SSEP). David served as a member of the Pennsylvania State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and currently serves on the Board of Electrophysiologic Physical Therapy American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Physical Therapy Associations.

Allen Breindel, PT, DPT-- Dr Breindel joined CTI Physical Therapy in 1992 with the opening of the Warren office. He received a bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 1982, and a doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chatham University in 2007. He served as Director of Physical Therapy at Warren General Hospital for ten years with interest in orthopedics and geriatrics physical therapy. Allen became a shareholder in CTI in 1995 and serves as Director of the CTI Warren office. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Physical Therapy Associations.

Pamela Vasil, PT -- Joined the Erie office of CTI Physical Therapy in 1985. Pam is a 1979 graduate of the University of West Virginia, School of Physical Therapy. She worked at Hamot for several years prior to joining CTI. Her particular areas of interest include orthopedics, and returning injured workers back to the workforce. Pam is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Physical Therapy Associations.

Michael Garrastazu, PT -- Received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 1990 and joined the Erie office of CTI Physical Therapy in 2008. His primary interest is orthopedic physical therapy with specialization in shoulder rehabilitation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Physical Therapy Associations.

C. Andrew Sandstrom, MS PT -- Received a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from D'Youville College, Buffalo, NY in 1991 and joined the Warren office of CTI Physical Therapy in 1993. He has made a significant contribution to CTI's reputation for quality service. His particular areas of interest include orthopedics, sports therapy and rehabilitation. Andy is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Physical Therapy Associations.

Michelle Marion, PT, DPT-- Joined the Warren office of CTI Physical Therapy in 1996. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 1984, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in 2007. She brings experience in acute care, home health, industrial medicine, geriatrics and 5 years of administrative experience at Warren General Hospital. Dr Marion performs Functional Capacity Evaluations in the Warren office and on-site job analysis as needed to facilitate return to work after injury. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Physical Therapy Associations.

Jennifer H. Weyant, PT -- Joined CTI Physical Therapy in 2008. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1997. Areas of interest include Neuro-rehab, orthopedics and pediatric physical therapy. Jennifer is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Physical Therapy Associations.

Richard A. Decker, PTA -- Rick joined the Warren office of CTI Physical Therapy in 1995 while working on his Associate in Science Degree at the Community College of Allegheny County. Following completion, he began full time employment with us as a registered Physical Therapist Assistant. Rick's follow through with programs developed by the physical therapist is exceptional. His patients appreciate his humor and we appreciate his skills! Rick is an affiliate member of the Pennsylvania and American Physical Therapy Associations.

Paul Bova, Jr., PTA- Paul started working in the Warren office in July 2006. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in April 2006. His friendliness and compassion have been a great addition to the atmosphere of the Warren office.

Julie Rhoades, PTA - Julie earned a Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Mercyhurst-North East, Erie, PA in 2008 and joined CTI Physical Therapy in the Warren Office in May, 2008. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Physical Therapy Associations. Her pleasant and good natured personality encourages patients and staff alike. Julie is interested in Active in Running Revolution, working and playing in the yard, gardening and landscaping, walking and cross country skiing.

Arlene Strandburg, PTA- Arlene earned her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Community College of Allegheny County, Boyce Campus in May 1999 as well as a BS Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from The Pennsylvania State University in August 1995. She joined CTI Physical Therapy in the Warren Office in June, 2008. Arlene is a member of National Strength Professionals Assoc, the American Institute of Fitness Educators and the Arthritis Foundation. Her interest in sports and exercise combined with a pleasant personality make her an asset to the physical therapy treatment plans, therapists and patients.
